From GenCon with Love

Firstly, GenCon was a blast. We met so many people, learned so many things, and played so many games; it was one of the best things we've been involved in so far. The amount of feedback we received for Welcome To Washington was astounding, and it yielded a lot of fantastic tweaks and alterations to make the game flow even better than before. Check out some of our playtest images in the gallery below!

Additionally, we saw some awesome event pieces for games we play and love, and some that we're currently writing modules and supplements for...

Memorial Day Weekend Conventions!

Greetings all!

This weekend features two gaming conventions in California; one in San Francisco, the other in Los Angeles! Max and I will be at Gamex 2014 (LA) and KublaCon (SF) to show off our production copies of Enter The Arena, performing game demos, and chatting about gaming in general. Additionally, with luck from the gods of shipping and receiving, we will hopefully have our prototypes of Welcome To Washington to demo for you as well!

If you're in the area, swing by and say hello, and demo our games!

Artwork Preview: Lobbyist Conflict!

The most sinister, secretive, and corrupting influence on American politics; the Lobbyists! While they can potentially cause problems for your political campaign when certain issues come to the public's attention, they can also help your campaign dramatically in the form of the Corruption deck! But more on that later...

Our final Conflict artwork preview hosts a famous Lobbyist Conflict, the Flip Flopper, featuring John Kerry's stance on funding the Iraq War. It is part of our series of Conflict Cards that represent a myriad of potential political conflicts for the Congressmen (the players!) to face. Each contains essential card information, like Severity Rating and name, and a political quote appropriate to the title.

Enjoy our fantastic artwork, created by Steve McBride!
